A: 36Boutiques is South Africa's premier online fashion portal. Customers can register to enter 36Boutiques' world of fashion 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Customers benefit from our famous Flash Sales as well as the ongoing access to local and international fashion brands. We give customers access to beautiful clothing, accessories, bags and shoes while telling South African stories through fashion and make fashion brands and products relevant to the daily lives of our shared customers.
Q: How can I showcase my product on 36Boutiques?
A: Feel free to contact our sourcing team on brands@36boutiques.com and they will walk you through the process. Alternatively, give us a call on 0861 00 00 36 where a member of our customer service team will be able to assit you with reaching one of our Account Managers.
Q: How does the process work?
A: We provide the platform and give you weekly sales feedback. You provide us with a sample range, delivered to 36Boutiques, which will be kept for an agreed period of time in order for us to photograph the range. Once a customer purchases an item from your range, you send us the item(s) within 24 hours. You will be notified via email, on a Monday and/or Wednesday, which item(s) customers have purchased. We take care of packaging and distribution. Returned products can be collected from 36Boutiques' offices in Cape Town. Q: How do customers receive my product?
A: Delivery to customers takes 3 - 7 working days, with a legislatively mandated 7 day return policy offered on all goods. Goods will be delivered to members homes, work addresses or an address of their choice by a professional hand-to-hand courier service. Returns and refunds are offered on damaged or defective items, excluding lingerie, swimwear and certain jewellery, all as mandated by the CPA. A: The 36Boutiques team knows how much work goes into creating each product, and managing a successful brand. We take great care to photograph your product from a number of angles, including detail shots that highlight product features. We are experts at presenting your product in way that is true to the brand and yet easily sold.

A: The fashion conversation about 36Boutiques takes place on Facebook, Twitter and the 36Boutiques blog. Fabulous events and brand activations will take place regularly creating a buzz around 36Boutiques and the brands on board. 36TV and the 36Magazine focus on telling South African stories through fashion. Newsletters are sent to customers to keep them up to date with 36Boutiques news, inspiration and information.
